Consultations will be billed out at a set rate.
Designs are either charged out at an hourly rate or you may opt for a set cost. When we discuss
your landscape needs we will be able to give you an estimated cost (minimum and maximum) cost
before we begin your design.
Minimum Charge for a sketch is $90.00
This Year we will offer at no extra charge a second view of the design if requested for estimating
purposes. (must be requested at time of design request)

Example of design costs: The sample we provided is a front yard design. This design can cost
between $225-$295 for the design work. Full yard designs can cost between $350- $850 on
average. Larger lots can cost more and will be quoted accordingly.

Designs can include the following process and items *must be requested before design phase begins.;
*Square footage of areas
*Planting schedule.
*Plant list with retail prices and quantities.
Specs where needed.
Plant and hardscape labels.
Measuring and grade surveys (hourly) Usually done during consultation. There will be extra costs if the
project involves more the hour allotted for the consultation.
Design presentation.
All prints are subject to a fee of $25.00 (B/W) If you want the design in colour then add $10.00

Sketches are a simple form of design offered for a professional look when making a presentation.

Minimum charge for a sketch without site visit is varies. Call for a quote.

a 8.5"x11" drawing.
Emailed for you to print off.

No printing fees
If you would like to eliminate the consultation fee then you can send all the information via our site.
In this case (customer must provide all information for sketches via internet only) Including, measurements,
pictures and grade changes.
This can be great for the front entrance, deck design, corner planting, you get the idea. Not for full
backs or full fronts. You can also get a sketch done for you with a consultation.

We charge flat fee for a site visit.

To do an average layout for a small lot as described usually takes about 3-5 hours without
revisions. Sketches can be done for a 1 hr charge with no printing (email only).
To avoid to many revisions we can email a preliminary design (sketches excepted). This is optional
and must be requested. This can eliminate a large revision.

Designs will have a retainer fee applied during the consultation visit. The balance will be due when
the design is complete. If the design is larger then normal we reserve the right to attach progress
payments during the design process.

Please remember that prices are subject to change and if you are a regular client then we will notify
you when rates change.

If there is request for additional services such as meetings, hard copies (prints) or any other
requests such as rendered photos, plantcare packages, measuring services etc. hourly fees will
apply.

We are now accepting payment through paypal for instant payment. Other options are cheque or
cash. Amex, Visa and Mastercard are also options available.
